Verity is a gamified patient and staff engagement platform for behavioral health organizations. It uses evidence-based motivational incentives, points, streaks, badges, and real gift cards and prizes to improve retention, outcomes, and engagement. You can customize Quests for each program to directly align with the goals of the organization.

Patients earn points for daily check-ins, completing mental health & wellness exercises, attending their appointments, medication adherence, and engaging with their care plan between sessions.
Staff earn rewards for  completing mental health & wellness exercises, reaching company goals tied to Onboarding, Compliance, Training, and Performance, and peer recognition.
You can also customize quests, along with the respective rewards, that directly align with each participants goals.

Points are redeemed in the Verity prize shop for gift cards and physical prizes. Reward structures are configurable by your organization, and can be customized differently for each program or population. For example, one program may cap incentives at $75 annually, while another may cap incentives at $750 annually. The respective goals, quests, assessments, and experience can be customized for each individual program, as well.

Verity creates an individual referral code for each clinic. Clients and staff download the Verity app with the referral code that they receive from their organization. No manual onboarding required!

Both. Verity is built for all outpatient behavioral health organizations, including nonprofits, safety net providers, CCBHC's,  Medicaid, SMI, and SUD clinics. Verity is used in  adult, youth, and school-based programs. The content, goals, and rewards are configured differently for each program. We see very high adoption across all programs!

Yes. Verity follows HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements, signs BAAs/QSOAs with covered entities, and applies enterprise-grade security practices across the platform. We can integrate across most EHR's and systems to automate the flow of data.
