Patients can earn rewards for daily check-ins, completing mental health & wellness exercises, attending their appointments, medication adherence, engaging with their care plan between sessions, and case management related tasks.
Staff can earn rewards for reaching company goals tied to onboarding, compliance, training, and performance, as well as engaging in healthy habits, peer recognition, reaching retention milestones, and more!

Points are redeemed in the Verity prize shop for gift cards and real prizes. Reward structures are configurable by your organization, and can be customized differently for each particpant and program.  The respective goals, quests, assessments, and experience can be customized for each individual program, as well.

Verity creates an individual referral code for each participating organization. Clients and staff download the Verity app with the referral code that they receive from their organization. No manual onboarding required!

Verity is built for all outpatient behavioral health organizations, particularly nonprofits, safety net providers, CCBHC's,  Medicaid, SMI, and SUD clinics. Verity is also used in  adult, youth, and school-based programs. The content, goals, and rewards are configured differently for each program. We see very high adoption across all programs! Yes. Verity follows HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 requirements. We sign a BAA and QSOA with each covered entity, and apply enterprise-grade security practices across the platform. We can integrate across all EHR's and systems to automate the flow of data.
