This policy outlines the process for deleting your account and/or data from Verity Health’s app (Verity Health). If you wish to delete your account or specific types of data, please follow the steps below.

Information We Keep when you Delete your Account
Upon requesting your account deletion, we will keep none of your personal data. Your entire account and all associated data will be deleted forever, and unable to be restored at a later date.
User Responsibilities
Before initiating the deletion process, users should back up any data they wish to retain, as all information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Exceptions
In compliance with applicable laws, we may retain certain information as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained information will be subject to our data retention policies and will not be used for any other purpose.

This policy may be updated periodically, and users will be notified of any changes through email or app notifications.
